Premier IT and Network Integration Company Signs as Exclusive Provider of PAN Manager® Software Solution
for NEC SIGMABLADE System
BOXBOROUGH, MA – October 19, 2011 – Egenera (www.egenera.com), a provider of enterprise-scale converged infrastructure management solutions, today announces it has signed an intent-to-deliver agreement with NEC, the leading volume server provider in the Japanese market, to develop PAN Manager® software optimized for the unique capabilities of the company’s SIGMABLADE System. NEC will be the worldwide sole distributor of PAN Manager® Software Solution for the NEC SIGMABLADE System.
