Jim Bandanza is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Egenera Inc. Jim is responsible for Worldwide Sales as well as Egenera’s Professional and Customer Service Organizations. Jim joins the company with over 25 years of technology experience including extensive experience leading, managing, and creating go-to-market strategies including direct, indirect and OEM Channels as well as managing strategic partnerships with growing companies in expanding markets.
Prior to this role with Egenera, Jim held several senior positions with RSA, The Security Division of EMC. Most recently, he was Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Field Operations leading its Sales and Professional Services organizations globally. Jim was Senior Vice President of Field Operations and was a critical member of the RSA management team at the time when EMC acquired RSA for $2.1 billion in 2005. Before RSA, Jim held several senior roles with Stream International, Versys Inc, BBN as well as LTX Corporation.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Northeastern University.
