- Egenera today hit the next milestone in its partnership with Dell with the introduction of the Dell PAN System on Dell PowerEdge M1000e server and PowerEdge M610 blade.
- This follows the December 2008 announcement of the Dell PAN System on the PowerEdge 1950 rack mount servers and the February 2009 availability of the Dell PAN System on Dell PowerEdge M600 blade. The Dell PAN System on M610 is delivered as a turnkey solution that unifies rapid provisioning, high availability and disaster recovery for both physical and virtual data center resources.
- The Dell PAN System supports both Dell PowerEdge M610 and M600 blades within the same PowerEdge M1000e chassis.
